Service Centre

TWorkshop's service department is run by Paul Bradford who has a team of service engineers. These engineers each have vans stocked out with genuine Ehrle, Wilms, Master spares and air compressor parts. Any parts not required on a day to day basis are held at HQ and all other spares are ordered in on a daily basis. Paul runs a very busy department to cater for existing and new customer needs. As a company we also service and repair virtually all other makes of machine both cold water washers, PTO hot or steam washers. We also service virtually all makes of heaters and air compressors.

TWorkshop also supply and service its own Lanair Waste Oil Heaters which are imported direct from the manufactures in the USA. This is a very important part of the business as we like to get our customers up and running again with the minimum of down time.

WHY REGULAR SERVICING IS IMPORTANT

We cite below a true example of the additional costs incurred by one of our customers who did not believe in regular servicing of his equipment. This particular customer had several machines fitted with Honda 411 diesel engines. Owing to the lack of regular servicing, four engines seized up at a cost to him of approximately £7000. Honda and TWorkshop Equipment recommended an engine oil change every three months. This engine had a small oil sump, so consequently the oil was working that much harder. The cost of the service and four engine oil changes would have been £800 - a saving of £2600.

TWorkshop can also provide a range of preventative maintenance contracts that we work out and tailor to your requirements as we find no two customers generally have the same needs. There is a page below which shows what we do on the service schedule. With these days of health and safety so much to the fore it is very important to have your machinery checked and certified correctly as this will save you, the customer, time and money. All of our engineers are factory trained. We also have the safety test equipment for testing electrical power, problem servicing equipment for carbon emissions and test equipment for air compressor testing.

There are occasions where machines have to be brought back to base for revamp. During these periods we have a range of machines for hire to keep our customers running whilst their machine is away.
